The website is well designed and easy to use, I got a no hassle quotation, prompt delivery of the free sample and prompt delivery of the actual blind which has been made to the exact specifications. I was also very impressed with the guidance available on the website such as the tips on how to measure, how to fit the blind and the FAQ’s. Unfortunately our rather boisterious puppy decided to chew one of the blinds, the beaded chain and one of the bottom weights!!
